Eva Mae began singing at the age of 4 for her Dad; married Urias
LeFevre in 1931; and now she is sharing her unique talents and testimony to a new
generation of admirers in 2003.
While most of the true pioneers of Southern Gospel Music have now left the road, Eva Mae
LeFevre continues to travel extensively. Eva Mae is regularly watched on many of the
Gaither Television Specials, and she is a regular with the Bill Gaither Homecoming Concert
Tours.
Eva Mae, along with her
accompanist, Mark Fuller continues to bless audiences at their own concerts at various
churches and venues across America.
Eva Mae is regularly seen on the Bill Gaither television specials and
at many of the Gaither Homecoming concerts across America. Rest assured, she continues to
keep Bill on his toes, and he credits her with being the spark that really began the
Homecoming Friends videos. Just ask anyone who knows them well, and they will quickly tell
you that Bill rarely "gets anything" on the 'First Lady of Gospel'.
Below are a few pictures from her 2002 travels. We trust you will enjoy
them. The first thing most people notice is that this active lady hasn't aged like all the
rest of us. |

On July 4, 2002, Eva Mae returned to the Inspirations' Singing in the
Smokies at Inspiration Park in Bryson City, North Carolina. The LeFevres and Nelons were
guests many times in the past, but this was Eva Mae's first time to return in a solo
performance. Due to the tremendous reception and great response she and Mark received,
they will return on July 4, 2003, to headline a special 'Grand Ladies of Gospel' segment.

| Being
Eva Mae! LOL |

Mark's hands ~ Eva Mae's style! |
|
One very interesting
thing we realized from looking at the pics is that this concert was held in an outdoor
music park on July 4 -a VERY hot day- and Eva Mae and Mark are both wearing black.
Eva Mae was enjoying every minute of the day, but Mark - well that's another story!
(Just Kiddin', Mark) LOL |
For more information about their appearance on July 4, 2003,

| Charles Waller says he wouldn't think about presenting his
'Ole Timers Reunion' without Eva Mae onboard, and she is looking forward to seeing good
friends at the 2003 Reunion in Spartanburg. |

Gospel Music Television Network chose Eva Mae to be their special guest for the Live
Christmas Television Program; and they surprised her with a special tribute to her music,
life and her enduring testimony of God's grace. It was quite a special evening for the
First Lady of Gospel Music. |
